Privacy notice

Pixel Communications ("we") runs this website. We are a Dutch company, based in Amsterdam. This notice explains what personal data we handle and why.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, work email, company website, markets, ad budget range, the services you are interested in and your message. We use this only to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal.
  • Email: anything you send to hello@pixelcommunications.nl.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: only with your consent. We load them through Google Tag Manager:

    • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 shows which pages are read and where visitors come from. IP addresses are not stored, and data is kept for 14 months.
    • Advertising: Google Ads and the LinkedIn Insight Tag measure which ads lead to visits and enquiries, and let us show ads to people who visited this site.

Strictly necessary cookies, such as the one that stores your cookie choice for six months, are always on. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Legal basis

We handle contact details on the basis of your request to be contacted (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. Analytics and advertising cookies are only used with your consent.

Who processes it

The website and the contact form run on Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Email runs through our email provider. If you consent to cookies, Google (Analytics, Ads and Tag Manager) and LinkedIn process data about your visit. Some of these providers are based in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months if we do not start working together, and for as long as needed for the engagement and our legal record-keeping duties if we do.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@pixelcommunications.nl. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch data protection authority).
