Tracking from ad click to closed deal, fed back to bidding
Most B2B SaaS ad accounts optimise for form fills because that is all they can see. We build one conversion framework across ads, analytics and CRM, consent-ready in every market, so you can see which campaigns create qualified pipeline and revenue, and we feed that value back into the ad platforms.
Sound familiar?
Ad platforms and CRM disagree
Google Ads, GA4 and the CRM give three different lead counts. Every pipeline meeting starts with an argument about which one is right.
Total conversions hide what moves
The account counts demo requests, newsletter sign-ups and old imported goals together. Nobody can tell whether the actions that matter went up or down.
Tracking breaks quietly
A redesign, a new form or a tag change breaks conversion tracking or attribution, and nobody notices for weeks. Bidding keeps optimising on incomplete data in the meantime.
What happens, in order
Audit every conversion source
We list each conversion action, tag and import across accounts, and check what fires, what is duplicated and what bidding actually uses.
Agree one framework
We define one primary conversion, the funnel stages after it and the source of truth for each metric. Click-time platform data and event-time analytics are never mixed in one table.
Implement and test
We set up consent, tagging, click ID capture and CRM fields, then test end to end with real form submissions in each market.
Close the loop to bidding
SQLs, opportunities and closed-won deals go back to the ad platforms as offline conversions with stage values and lifetime value, so bidding learns which prospects become valuable customers.

Questions
Why do our ad platform numbers not match the CRM?
Different attribution windows, consent loss, duplicate leads and missing click IDs are the usual causes. We document each gap, fix what can be fixed and agree which system is the source of truth for each metric.
Do we need server-side tracking?
If a meaningful share of your visitors decline cookies or use ad blockers, server-side tagging and enhanced conversions recover a large part of that lost signal. We check your consent rates first before recommending it.
Can we send offline conversions when a lead has no click ID?
Often, yes. Enhanced conversions for leads match on an email address hashed at form submission, which Google can use when the click ID is missing. Tag Manager has to capture and hash the email for this to work.
